Roasted in small batches · Since 2014

Slow coffee for fast mornings.

A neighbourhood coffee bar on Alder Street. We roast every week, bake every morning, and always have time for a second cup.

Our story

It started with a 1kg roaster and a borrowed garage.

Maya and Tom began roasting for friends on weekends. Ten years later we still roast on Tuesdays, still taste every batch, and still buy from the same four farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala and Peru.

Take a bag home — or stay a while. The window seat is usually free before nine.
